Essential oils that boost respiratory system are Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential oil. Breathe easy with Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential oil. The properties of Peppermint contain menthol that helps boost respiratory system and the decongestant properties in Eucalyptus boost it too.

Properties

Eucalyptus Radiata aka E. Radiata is an antiviral, antiseptic, antimicrobial antibacterial, antifungal and decongestant properties. It derives from the family called q1`Myrtaceae Commonly known as the myrtle family. They are powerful healing oils that are antiseptic and are useful for the respiratory and immune system. Other essential oils in this family are Tea Tree, Eucalyptus (all types), Clove Bud, Cajeput, Niaouli, and Allspice.

Eucalyptus essential oil carries well with coconut oil, olive oil, Shea butter, and cocoa butter.

  4. May be mixed with a carrier oil and made into a vapor rub for the chest, back and behind the neck.
