im grateful

Reasons to be grateful.

Reasons to be grateful.

Firstly, I am grateful for my son. The opportunity to be a mother to such a wonderful baby. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a SAHM.

Secondly, I am grateful for life and health. Many people are sick, in hospitals and on their death-bed. Many people didn’t wake up this morning but I am still here. Alive, healthy and well.

Thirdly, I am grateful for family (even friends turned family). They are always there for me. They have shown me the meaning of love. They have seen me at my worst but still love me. They don’t judge me. They offer advice and are a helping hand.

Fourthly, I appreciate my husband.

He is supportive, uplifts me, loves, cares about me and everything that involves me. He means so much to me. He provides, leads, works hard for his family and spends time with us. I am grateful that he has accepted me as I am in all my imperfections.

Finally, I am thankful for a roof over my head and a meal each day. We don’t luck anything. God always provides. There is always a way through it all. Plus I am grateful to this platform. Each and every like boosts me up. It is an outlet for me to keep myself sane. I am mostly happy that I can express myself in my writing while sharing a bit of myself.

Bonus: I am grateful for who I am and how I was made.

I am far from perfect but it is who I am. I have lots of positive attributes. I am grateful for all life experiences I have been through, they have made me who I am today. They have built, challenge and developed me. I stand tall today because of them.
