First of all, What is the immune system?

immune system

The immune system protects and defends the body against viruses, disease, infection and processes healing after the body has taken a hit. The immune system plays a big part in your overall health. The health of your body depends on the immune system. It is a good idea to take care of it 😉.

What does the immune system need for it to function?

The immune system needs Nutrients.

Nutrients are the building blocks for the body (immune system). They repair, build and regulate the body (immune system). Nutrients include Carbohydrates, fats (lipids) Vitamins, Proteins, Minerals and Water.

Vitamins are essential for tissue growth, hormone function, mineral metabolism for bones and organs and help prevent deficiencies according to the Vitamin properties. Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D, E, and K.

It promotes healthy skin and cleanses your body from toxins. I learnt a new trick to get my (non-drinking water) son. I let him watch me put water into a syringe and he drinks it. I’m not sure why that works, lol 😊. If you don’t like the bland taste of water adding cucumber or a drop of lemon juice works well.
