Everything needed for essential oils. When I began experimenting with essential oils, I read a lot on the vast uses and things you can do with essential oils. I read about what you can make with them and the different methods of application or the different ways you can deliver and use essential oils. Essentials for essential oils.

I realized that I will not be able to use essential oils on their own. Most other than neat essential oils need to be diluted in a carrier oil and equipment is needed for this. Essential oils can also be added to a lot of DIY natural living strategies.

I have researched a ton and come up with this list of essentials for essential oils. This is everything that you need when using essential oils. This includes as a business for example in soap making or as a hobby and for personal use. I hope this list is comprehensive enough to get you started.

Essentials for essential oils when using them aromatically and topically:

Diffusers: You may use candle diffusers, water diffusers, glass diffusers and or nebulizing diffusers. According to your preferences but nebulizers are the best because no water or heat is used. Therefore, you are using essential oils in their purest form.

Airtight containers for storing salts, bath bombs, powdered washing powder.

Pump bottles ideal for lotions, conditioners, fabric softeners and shampoo.

Spray bottles for air freshners and cleaning.

Glass jars for scrubs, balms and salves.

Orifice reducers in various sizes to stop the overflow of the essential oils, these measure the amount of drops.

Never give up, essential oils are delicate, they may seem overwhelming. Start slowly with a few oils, get to know them well and grow your base with other oils. And if one blend is a total flop, try another and try again.

Space in your fridge: To increase the shelf life of carrier oils and essential oils, they need to be stored in a cool dark place. A fridge is the most ideal.

Specific conditions in your household such as health conditions, ages, allergies, likes, dislikes, pregnancy, pets and children. Remember some essential oils and carrier oils cannot be used on such with conditions as these mentioned.

Therapeutic properties, safety and prerequisites of each essential oil is a must know.

Experience is the best teacher. In order to understand essential oils, you should be able to have used them to give the best advice.

Have fun, essential oils are meant to make your life easier, so don’t strain yourself. Educate yourself as much as you can on essential oils and carrier oils.
